News set for significant timing solution upgrade for 2023

📁 News 🕔30.November 2022 set for significant timing solution upgrade for 2023 are delighted to announce that for the 2023 season, we will embark on a new working relationship with UK company Timing Solutions Limited (TSL). This significant milestone for will be the first major systems upgrade delivered by our company since we were formed. From next season onwards, we will be timing our events using TSL’s bespoke industry leading Chronos software, which will be very well known by anyone who follows the British Touring Car, British GT or British Superbike championships to name just a few headline series that work closely with TSL.

For competitors, this will bring a significant improvement to both the live timing experience and the quality of service through digital and printed materials. For event organisers, this upgrade will enable us to work closer with Race Control and improve the speed and reliability in our service along with better integration across the operation of a race weekend.

Over the coming weeks, we will issue a series of posts online to highlight some of the key improvements that we will deliver in 2023, where we are hugely proud to once again have secured the role of official timing providers for the Digital Motorsport ICCR and DUNLOP Masters Superbike Championships respectively.

Paul Grogan,
“This is something we’ve been working on for a couple of years now since we were first approached by TSL to consider upgrading to their platform. Having worked in the BTCC & British GT paddocks in the past myself, I was always hugely impressed by their service and their solution, so to actually now be in a position to start operating our business using their software is a really proud moment for me. This is going to significantly enhance what we can deliver to our championships with benefits across a range of areas that I look forward to showing throughout 2023. I’d like to say a particular thank you to Gethin and his team at TSL for their patience and support while we put this deal together.”

Gethin Rees, TSL Timing:
“I am delighted that Paul and his Team at are now part of the growing community able to benefit from the software designed by TSL utilising our many years of experience. We have worked with Paul to ensure that the software is tailored to both their needs and those of their users to ensure the best service possible. I am sure that using the TSL software will not only help Paul and his team add value and continue their highly professional service, but also benefit the organisers, competitors, media and fans alike in the way they are able to consume Raceday information. TSL look forward to working with for many racing seasons to come.”
